The Stevens Point Junior Woman’s Club is a part of a national organization called the Greater Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC). For more than a century, GFWC has encouraged women to improve their skills, explain their rights, and apply their abilities and special sensitivities to society’s problems.
Our members include teacher, business owners, social workers, elected officials, medical professionals, homemakers, corporate executives, students and retirees. Although their is considerable diversity in their ages, interest and experience, these women are united by a dedication to community improvement through volunteer service.
